If you are struggling to sign into your account the most likely cause is an incorrect email address, password or 2FA code. This could also be the result of issues with your browser or connectivity. Below we’ll run you through the various ways you can troubleshoot the sign-in process.
Email Address
If you forget your email address we can only recommend looking through your various email accounts for emails from Oobit. We can not assist you with providing email addresses.
Password
The initial password you entered needed to be a minimum of 8 characters. If you cannot remember it, you can select the Forgot Password option below the Log In option or go directly to the Password Reset page. You will be asked to enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to your email.
We highly recommend using a reputable password manager to assist you in storing your passwords.
If you don’t receive the reset link, you may have entered the incorrect email address or the mail might have gone directly to your spam folder.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you have enabled 2FA on your account (recommended) and the code is not working, ensure that you have entered it correctly and that it is the latest one. TOTP codes are time sensitive, so ensure that you are using the latest one.
If you cannot access your 2FA authenticator app, please contact customer support (in the Live Chat feature in the bottom right of your screen, or via email: support@oobit.com).
Browser Issues
If you are receiving 404 errors or blank pages, it is likely that you are experiencing issues with your browser. Here are some tips to resolve the issue:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version and make any necessary updates before attempting to log in again.
- Clear browsing data by clearing all cache and cookies.
- Make sure that cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser settings.
- If all else fails, try using a private/incognito mode to sign in.
Oobit is compatible with the latest versions of all web browsers, if the problem persists please contact our customer support via Live Chat or email.
Connectivity Issues
If none of the above options are working, turn your WiFi on and off and reboot the router. If the issue was a connectivity issue this should be resolved.
