How Do I Reset Or Change My Password?

To change your password

If you know your current password and want to change it:

1. In the app, select the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner
2. Under Security select Change password and enter your old and new passwords
3. Click Submit

NOTE: no withdrawals are permitted for 24 hours following a password change. 

To reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, or you're having trouble logging in to your Oobit account, go to the reset password page.

Enter the email address you use for Oobit, then click Reset password and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
