Receiving crypto on Oobit

Once an Oobit user sends you crypto you can add it to your balance in a matter of seconds.

1. Open the Oobit app
2. The payment notification will appear in the Home tab
3. Click the “Accept” button and your balance should be updated

You can also ask your friends or family to send over some crypto and start paying in-store.

1. Head over to the “Pay” button and toggle to “Contacts”
2. Click Request
3. You can either request from a contact or request by entering their phone number
4. Choose a reason for the payment (optional)
5. Enter the amount and choose the currency you would like to use and hit send

How do I receive money through Oobit?

Once a payment has been made, a recipient with the mobile app will receive a push notification to accept the funds. In the app, on the home screen click the accept button and start using the crypto.

How will I know that money has been transferred to me?

You will receive a push notification notifying you that a payment has been made. You will need to accept it within 72 hours, otherwise, it will expire.

How much does it cost to send crypto to a contact?

Zero! Sending crypto to your contacts is free of charge!
