In order to protect your account safety, if you wish to change your Address, Phone Number or Email, please contact our support team to help you with this matter.
There are two ways to change your password:
Once logged in:
- Open “Settings” on the app
- Click “Change Password” under the security section
- Enter the old password and set your new password
On the Login page (reset your password):
- Enter your email address registered with your account
- Click the forgot password link and follow the instructions
It’s important to mention that once a password is changed there is a 24-hour lock-up period on Withdrawals.
