I don’t have NFC on my device, can I still use Pay with Tap?
No. Unfortunately, contactless payment can only happen with devices with NFC capability.
Is it possible to pay with every Android device?
Unfortunatly, due to the wide variety of Android devices and the fact that each Android manufacturer uses a different version of the software, we are unable to support every Android device on the market. We continuously review and update our supported device list to include the most popular and reliable models. If your device is not listed, we apologize for any inconvenience and recommend checking back periodically for updates.

I see a transaction I am not familiar with, what can I do?
We suggest reaching out to the merchant to see what the transaction is all about. If the merchant hasn’t resolved the issue, feel free to contact our support for help.
I tried to pay and failed. What can we do?
Please make sure your NFC is toggled on. If your phone has a phone cover try and remove it and try again. Typically, the reason for the failed transaction will be displayed after each transaction attempt. Oobit will guide you on how to complete the transaction.
