Over $250. The amount plus the ATM operator's charge must be $250 or less. Try a smaller amount.
Not enough balance. Your balance needs to cover the amount, the 2.5% Oobit fee and any operator charge.
3 attempts already used. You can make 3 attempts per card in any 24 hours, including declined ones. Wait until your earliest attempt is more than 24 hours old.
Card not active. Check your card isn't locked, and that your balance isn't negative.
Declined attempts appear in your transaction history with the reason. If none of these apply, contact support.
