How do I read my transaction history?

Find, filter and export everything that's happened to your money.

Written by Bernard Fisher

Your Transactions screen shows every card payment, ATM withdrawal, purchase, deposit, withdrawal, transfer, swap, bank transfer, refund, cashback and claimed points. Each action shows as one entry, even when it used several of your accounts.

Things like logins, verification steps and locking your card don't appear here.

Status

What it means

Pending

In progress

Completed

Done and settled

Failed

Didn't go through. The reason is shown on the transaction

Canceled

Filter and export: filter by type, including ATM, and export your history as a CSV file for statements or taxes. Transactions are listed newest first.

Merchant names and logos: card payments show the merchant's logo and name when we can identify it. For a new or less common merchant, you may see a category icon and the merchant's bank descriptor instead, for example "FACEBK *BZGPQ4". This only changes how the entry looks, never the amount.

Can't see unclaimed points? Points only appear in your history once you claim them.
