Each asset in your account has two parts:

Your total balance is both parts added together. When you use your card, your rewards balance is used first, then your own funds.
So if you can see a balance but can't withdraw all of it, the difference is your rewards balance. Use it on your next card purchases. Reward funds can only be used for payments where the merchant accepts Oobit card payments. Additionally, these funds cannot be withdrawn universally, including in scenarios where your account is restricted.
Balance not updated? Only completed transactions count toward your balance. Pending ones are added once they complete.
