Choose bank transfer as your deposit method in the app and follow the payment instructions. When your money arrives, it's converted and added to your balance as crypto.
The deposit shows in your activity as an incoming bank transfer, moving from Pending to Completed. We'll notify you at each step.
A conversion fee is deducted before conversion, and you'll see it in the app before you confirm. Your receipt shows both the amount you sent and the amount credited, so the two will differ slightly.
Some stablecoins aren't available in certain countries or US states. If a stablecoin isn't offered as a deposit option, that's why.
