Nothing in your activity after opening checkout? That's expected. The purchase only appears once Transak processes your order.
Paid, but no crypto yet? After Transak confirms your payment, the crypto still has to arrive on the blockchain. This usually takes a few minutes.
Order expired? Unpaid orders expire after about 24 hours. Nothing was charged. Start a new order.
Refund or payment dispute? Card payments for purchases are handled by Transak, so refunds and disputes go through Transak support.
Why hasn't my crypto purchase arrived?
Most delays are the normal gap between payment and delivery.
