Once your identity is verified, request your card in the app. It shows as Pending until it's ready, then Active.
Status | What it means |
Pending | Your card is being set up. This usually clears once your verification is fully approved |
Active | Ready to use |
Locked | Paused, either by you or for security reasons. It can be unlocked |
Blocked | Restricted by Oobit. Contact support |
Expired | Past its expiry date |
Canceled | Permanently closed, for example after 90 days without use. You can request a new card |
Failed | The card couldn't be created. Contact support |
My card is stuck on Pending. Either your verification isn't fully approved yet, or cards aren't available in your country of residence yet. If cards aren't available where you live, the card won't become active.
My card shows Failed. This usually means one of your details, such as your address or tax ID, couldn't be accepted. Trying again won't fix it. Contact support so we can see which detail needs correcting.
