You control your card. You can lock your card instantly in the app and unlock it again whenever you like. While it's locked, new purchases are declined.
No surprise charges from Oobit. You see the fee before you confirm any payment or transfer.
Failed transfers are returned. If a bank transfer fails, your crypto is returned to your balance automatically.
Keep your account safe
Never share your password, verification codes or card PIN with anyone, including people who say they're from Oobit.
Only download Oobit from the App Store or Google Play.
Double-check addresses and bank details before you send. Crypto sent to the wrong address usually can't be recovered.
If you notice anything unusual, lock your card in the app and contact support.
