Why didn't I receive my verification email?

What to check if an email from Oobit hasn't arrived.

Try these steps:

  1. Wait a few minutes. Emails can take a little time to arrive.

  2. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

  3. Check the email address on your account is spelled correctly.

  4. Signed up with Apple? If you chose Hide My Email, our emails go to your Apple relay address and are forwarded to the email on your Apple ID. Check that inbox.

  5. Request a new email from the app. Use the most recent one, as earlier links may no longer work.
