Send Crypto transfers are processed by our payment partner Unblock and have several safeguards:
Verified users only. You complete a one-time verification with Unblock before your first transfer.
You see everything before you confirm: the recipient, the amount they'll receive, the fee and the exchange rate. The rate is locked for about 30 minutes.
Failed transfers are returned. If a transfer fails, your crypto goes back to your balance automatically.
Protection against sending twice. The same amount to the same recipient is blocked for 60 seconds while the first transfer is still open.
Before you confirm, double-check the recipient's name and bank details. Once the money has been paid into a bank account, it can't be pulled back.
